During the above maintenance window essential maintenance will be performed on the DSL network. Customers will notice a short interruption to service of approximately 30 minutes while this work is carried out.
Customers who are unable to connect after the maintenance window has closed are advised to power off their router for 30 minutes before contacting the support helpdesk.

Emergency Maintenance: Hosted SQL Servers

During the maintenance window above the SQL servers will be unavailable due to emergency maintenance. Customers who are affected will be contacted. There will be no access to these servers during the maintenance window.

All work has been completed successfully. Any customers experiencing issues connecting to services on these servers should contact the helpdesk by phone or email.
UPS Maintenance
We will be carrying our essential maintenance on the UPS's during the course of today, we anticipate no interruptions to service, however services should be classed as at risk until the work is completed.

During the maintenance window above the servers sql1, esx1 and several private hosted servers will be undergoing scheduled maintenance, customers with dedicated servers will be contacted directaly with further details.
